“This is a nice little studio flat, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Great location, very friendly owner. It is small, but if you plan to be mostly out and about its enough.”

“Great location for several walks and not too far to walk to warna for the bottom of old man Coniston. Very comfy bed and adequate for those who like to be out and about. Great base for being close to other hotspots such as Hawkshead and a small drive to Windermere, but without been right in the hussle and bussle. For those complaining saying it is a cottage... The detailed description says ground floor apartment, not a cottage. It is quite small, but has everything you need, including an oven, microwave and hobs and was more than suitable for us as a couple together with our labrador. Great value for money. The porch is a good space for coats and shoes, could benefit from coat hooks.Would definitely recommend.”
