Ivy Cottage is a stylish Cotswold holiday cottage situated within the picturesque grounds of Camden Farm, near the historic market town of Faringdon. This three bedroom cottage has been styled to create a warm and cosy 'farmhouse' atmosphere and offers an excellent standard of fittings and furnishings throughout. With underfloor heating, a log burning stove in the living room, country views from all windows, a wood fired hot tub and riverside walks on the doorstep, Ivy Cottage is an ideal property to escape to for some peace and quiet away from your busy life!

This three bedroom dog friendly holiday cottage is ideally suited for a countryside escape with family or friends. The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Shared facilities

Camden Farm is located a short walk from the river Thames

Paddle boards and an MOD truck 'Goose' can be rented during your stay (bookable on arrival) for a picnic or BBQ along the river at Camden Farm Barns

Goose is located indoors during the winter months in Hub barn, a space which can be used for rainy day activities with use of a ping pong table and on request, the barn can be heated

  • Underfloor central heating system
  • Starter supply of wood provided for the wood burning stove from October to April only
  • Ivy Cottage is part of a larger estate Camden Farm where there are neighbouring holiday lets and farm machinery from time to time
  • The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
  • No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
Things to Note...
  • The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 3 additional infants
  • Hen and Stag groups are not permitted
  • Events are not permitted without prior consent
  • A security deposit is required at this property
  • Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00
