If you re a keen fisherman or would like to try it for the first time there are plenty of opportunities in the local area such as Youldon Water 1.5 miles away and Tamar Lakes which both offer course fishing. Tamar Lakes is a great all-round location to visit however with walking routes watersports and a wildlife reserve. The traditional village of Bradworthy the market town of Holsworthy with its award-winning pub and the sandy beaches of Bude are all within easy reach of this property. Don t miss great walks along the South West Coast Path and the Tarka Trail as well!
