Alternatively St Austell is a little further afield home to the renowned Eden Project and St Austell Brewery as well as lots of amenities. The lounge has a comfortable sofa and armchair TV DVD wood burner and French doors leading out onto the decked area with a small table and chairs the kitchen has an electric double oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Outside the property benefits from a decked area with a table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful countryside views and a private patio area where there is garden furniture and a BBQ. There is also a large grassed area. There is a washing machine located in the pump house below the decking as well as a line for drying clothes. The cottage comes with ample off-road parking. BBQ available. Complex of properties. 3 dogs welcome (further by arrangement) owners’ politely request that all dogs are treated against fleas prior to arrival. Beach 5 miles, shop, Post Office, tea rooms and pub all within walking distance. Ample off road parking .
