Located in a secluded setting just inside the entrance of a private drive and a mile uphill from the unspoilt sandy beach at Crackington Haven the immediate area has much to offer. Walkers can enjoy the glorious South West Coast Path which is easily accessible from here and offers magnificent views of the North Cornish coastline and nearby Bude boasts more beaches a selection of shops supermarkets and canal walks. The coastal towns and villages of Port Isaac where TV s Doc Martin is filmed Padstow Rock Tintagel with its Arthurian Legends and Boscastle are also well worth a visit. Other attractions accessible from here include The Eden Project Tate Gallery at St Ives and numerous National Trust properties. Stepping into this stunning studio style property you are greeted by a cosy and inviting yet light and contemporary ambience. The first area is a lovely lounge/kitchen/diner with Smart TV and wood burner effect electric fire and this overlooks the pretty outside space. A small but perfectly formed kitchen offers an electric oven and hob microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Heading to the rear of the property the beautifully presented bedroom area is located and this comprises a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Venturing outside via the patio doors from the lounge a delightful enclosed gravelled courtyard with BBQ waits to be enjoyed. Here a lovely decked area with garden furniture sits directly in front of the property and you can even see the sea from the far side of the courtyard. If you need to do any washing the property benefits from access to shared laundry facilities with washing machines and a tumble dryer. Private off-road parking for one car is provided to the side of the property.
