Alternatively and just a short drive away Bodmin Moor the Tamar Valley and Dartmoor National Park are waiting to be explored. If you enjoy the sea head north and visit Bude the quaint fishing village of Clovelly and spectacular Hartland Point. Head south and explore an array of scenic coves and picturesque fishing villages such as Mevagissey Looe and Polperro on the Cornish side and the beautiful South Hams in Devon. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include the picturesque cathedral cites of Exeter and Truro The Eden Project Tamar Otter Park and the Camel Trail. On entering this delightful property which was built in 2017 you are greeted by the fabulous open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner boasting beautiful high ceilings making the room feel light and airy throughout. This is a great space to sit back relax and watch a movie or two on the TV/DVD after a long day of exploring the local surroundings. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer washing machine tumble dryer and you don t even need to do the dishes as there is a dishwasher to do the work for you. Heading outside there is a seating area with garden furniture and inbuilt BBQ a great space for outside dining. You can also enjoy lazing in the bubbly hot tub. There is also a half acre enclosed paddock which is perfect for exercising dogs. There is parking for one car next to the property.
