Eden House Wing is a traditional wing of a former granite vicarage with ocean views in St Keverne, on the Lizard Peninsula, adjacent to the owners home. The wing sleeps two people and has one bedroom, a shower room, kitchen with dining area and sitting room. Outside is a beautiful shared garden with ocean vista, outdoor furniture and barbecue plus ample off road parking. Just paces from the village square with shops and pubs for provisions, and three miles from the coast, it makes an ideal couples retreat.

Accommodation: Over two floors. One bedroom: 1 x king-size bed with wash basin. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room. Please note: there is a step down from the shower.

Amenities: Oil fired central heating. Electric oven and hob. Microwave. Fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. No smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. 1 small dog only welcome. Note: Children are not accepted at this property. Note: Dogs are welcome in the garden but must be kept on a lead, because of the free ranging chickens. The garden is one minutes walk away through the church path to open fields that lead down to the sea.

About the area: On the eastern side of The Lizard Peninsula, the pretty village of St Keverne, lying just 1.25 miles inland, is the focal point for this area, with its village pubs and shops surrounding the village square, and an impressive church spire, at one time used to guide the Cornish fishermen home. From St Keverne, you can easily explore the natural and spectacular beauty of the Lizard Peninsula by car, bicycle or on foot. You will find walled fishing harbours, tiny secret coves, sandy bays and dramatic clifftop walks
