Outside is off road parking for one car, and an open lawned area with patio and furniture. Downicary Chapel Stable is in an ideal location for touring, as it is on the Devon/Cornwall border and within easy reach of the coast, country walks, the Eden Project, NT properties and more.

Accommodation: Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x ground floor twin (zip/link, can be double on request). Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner.

Amenities: Electric convector heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, selection of games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Open garden area with lawn, patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.9 miles. Note: This property has a private water supply from a bore hole and the indoor pump is audible at times. Note: This property has a sloping ceiling.

About the area: The town of Launceston, situated on the Devon and Cornwall border, has wonderful architecture, including some fine Georgian buildings in the central square and is dominated by the ruins of a Norman castle sitting high above the town. Visit the Tamar Otter Park just 3 miles away or take a trip on the steam train from Launceston through the beautiful Kensey Valley on a 5 mile round trip. Launceston is within driving distance of the seaside resorts of Bude and Padstow as well as the stunning Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor. A superb base for exploring Cornwall and Devon.
