From soft rolling hills or steep craggy fells there is something for all walking levels. Thirsk has a bustling market twice a week and a monthly livestock market. If a cosy country pub is more your scene the choice is endless! This cottage is a short drive from two glorious National Trust sites Newby Hall and Fountains Abbeys an ancient abbey ruin with gardens and deer park. The coast is an easy day trip away from the charming seaside town of Filey north up through to Whitby Sandsend and the delightful Runswick Bay. Inside this period detached former coach house is crammed with character and tastefully furnished with all your home comforts. Enter into the cottage hallway with plenty of room for coats and boots head through to the lounge offering a warming wood burner and cosy sofas an ideal place to snuggle up and relax after a long day exploring.
