“I almost don't want to tell everyone how great this place is, because I'd like to be assured of being able to book in future. The first thing to say is the photos and description do not do Sea View justice. The kitchen is very well appointed and incudes everything you could need with a great sea view, and the dining room has a huge raised deck outside the sliding doors with again great sea views. The lounge has sliding doors too with a big balcony with sea views again. The two bedrooms on the top floor again have great sea views. All the sofas and beds are superbly comfy. There is great WiFi throughout the property and a freeview TV in every room except the single. We stayed over Xmas and the heating was great and the hot water plentiful. We didn't get much use of the outdoor furniture but it's clear there is plenty of it and looked clean and comfortable. The beach is 1 minute from the front door and when the tide goes out its a wide expanse of sand. You can walk along the beach to East Wittering in 1520 minutes and to West Wittering in about an hour if you are really adventurous. There is a handful of local shops including a few takeaways and a decent size Coop. For more shops East Wittering high street has a great array including butchers, bakers, grocers, fishmongers. The house was tastefully decorated for Xmas, beautiful trees in the dining room and lounge. Hopefully we can come back in the summer and make great use of the outdoor space as well as the indoor.”

“If you want to be very close to the sea, then this is the place for you!The accommodation is fabulous, everything is kitted out to the highest quality, kitchen is well equipped, all beds are very comfortable. It really feels like home from home. The front and back balconies give you the sun throughout the day, and the sea can be seen from every window (apart from the downstairs bedroom and wet room). It truly is a very relaxing place, with Chichester nearby, or Portsmouth and Brighton a bit further afield. The owner was prompt at replying to any query I had.I would wholeheartedly recommend Sea View to anyone. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be booking again.”

“Fabulous week at Sea View. We have booked next year already! There have been some great improvements the lounge furniture is lovely. The downstairs bathroom and bedroom smelt damp this time and the shower needs improved pressure for adults but otherwise amazing.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Sea View. The house is very pleasant and had everything we needed, with great views of the sea front and back and easy access to a quiet beach. There's not much in Bracklesham itself but it's well situated for easy access to nearby places of interest such as West Wittering beach, Fishbourne Roman palace and Chichester etc.”

“Great setting with fantastic views in both directions.Lovely and clean. Only 5 mi s walk from Billy's on the beach!”

“We had the most amazing weekend! Arrived and the property smelt extremely clean and the owner had left a cheeky bottle of fizz and biscuits which is above an beyond requirements but was also very welcomed! I have stayed here before however the view from both sides is breath taking, absorbing the sites of kite surfers catching the waves and people enjoying the beach. I have to say this property feels like a home from home and the fact the beach is 50m away is a complete bonus when you have a dog that just wants to play in the sea!It was all we wished for for a relaxing, quiet weekend. Thank you.”
