Reviews

“Dairy Cottage is quite remote but also central for exploring and has friendly owners. Ample car parking space is available offroad. The lower floor is compact with enough room for 2 people. The kitchen has fair amount of equipment to cook basic meals with a pleasant outdoor area to eat, when the weather permits. The sleeping area is very spacious with a very comfy bed.Our visit was during the short snowy period, and with the heating being remotely controlled, the cottage was sometimes on the cool side. An electric heater is available for use.”

“I had a lovely stay, well equipped, small but comfortable. Well worth the money & close to areas like Whitby, Staithes. I loved your little garden it reminded me a secret garden.Although it would of been nice to meet the people who owned it.”

“Wellequipped cottage, clean, comfortable and tidy. I loved the way it had been designed, except for using the toilet at nighttime! Dog friendly. Good offroad parking. Good value for money. Lots of food left for consumption. However, there is no view, at all from the small windows and it is positioned very close to the main road, with the definite noise of lorries passing at night.I would be happy to stay there again, if in the area.”
