Reviews

“Perfect location, well equipped cosy little cottage as described on the website.”

“Clean, comfortable, perfect location. Spoilt only by difficult parking space.”

“Fantastic location in a lovely town with many places to visit nearby. The cottage is small but perfectly suitable for a couple and the small outside space adequate for the dog. We only had a few minor criticisms if the owners do not want dogs upstairs, put up a stairgate as dogs can't read and it would be useful for a couple with a toddler too. Also, the bed linen and towels had a strange smell. But over all a good choice for a break.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Columbine Cottage. Very cosy, clean and kitchen well equipped. Had everything we needed. Parking was a little tricky, found that my reversing skills were better than I thought!!! Ross on Wye has many good places to eat, all within comfortble walking distance of the cottage. Our favourite was The Kings Head Hotel. Happily recommend Ross and Columbine.”

“Loved our stay in Columbine cottage, what a perfect location with easy access to town and river alike, the house was comfortable and provided everything we needed. Excellent value. A nice touch was the contact from the absentee owner to check that everything was OK. We found the beds comfortable and pretty much everything was provided to make our stay enjoyable. I would not hesitate to stay again.”
