“Had the most amazing week at the Pickle Pot. The owner , a lovely gentleman who gave us a very warm welcome . The welcome pack was the best ever. Everything you needed & even some of his own made jam & relishes. The cottage was very spacious & clean. Everything you needed for the perfect holiday. Gardens beautiful. A very relaxing , restful time was had. The beach nearby . A walk down the hill was beautiful. Nearby pub Merrymoor served great food . We ate there lots. Never disappointed. The Bedruthan Hotel 5 mins down the road. Great for evening drinks & to watch the sunset. Can also recommend the open top bus which goes to Padstow Newquay , stopping at various places. A must to avoid the traffic parking. Thanks . It has been fantastic. Lots of very special memories made. We will be back Denise & Shaun Harris & Alfie the Cockerpoo ( Leeds )”

“It was such a treat after a long and stressful journey to arrive at the Pickle Pot to find the fridge filled with goodies. A very hospitable host, comfortable accommodation and a great location. Our only disappointment was that due to staff shortages, most of the local restaurants were not open or were only open to hotel residents.”
