Blue Seas is an ideal coastal retreat for two: a lovely two-storey, one bedroom, end of terrace property, with sea views, parking, garden and welcoming one dog. Located ten minutes’ walk from the village shops, cafes and beach, it enjoys an elevated position with beautiful views across to the Atlantic Ocean.

From the parking space enter into the fresh and welcoming kitchen diner which is fitted with white units, fully equipped, with a fridge and freezer compartment, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a dining table with four chairs.

One step leads up into the sitting room which is attractively furnished with a comfortable fabric sofa, coffee table and a wall mounted Smart TV. French doors open to the lovely grassed garden with outdoor table and chairs and beautiful views down to the beach, sea and Chapel Rock. The garden is shared with the upstairs neighbour, although they very rarely use it. It is not enclosed therefore dogs must be carefully supervised. There is an alternative entrance to the property from Liskey Hill into the garden.

Carpeted stairs ascend from the sitting room (please note there is a narrow turning point at the top of the stairs) to the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (4’6”), wardrobe and chest of drawers, and has distant sea views from the window. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, toilet and basin.

The property is heated by wall mounted electric heaters in each room, has one parking space outside the property, and welcomes one small dog. Dogs are charged at £35 per week, per pet. Please see our booking terms for details of our dog friendly terms and conditions.
