Set in Braunton, just a short drive from Saunton Sands you’ll discover Cutterbrough; a contemporary Newport beach style lodge with a luxurious interior, that’s perfectly designed as a couples’ retreat. Open plan in design, this gorgeous lodge has a welcoming living space as well as a well-equipped kitchen that's perfect for relaxing or whipping up a few meals together in. The bright and airy living area opens out on to a large, covered deck that is surrounded by lawn, lush potted plants and tall shrubs. Furnished with a table and chairs as well as two sun loungers and a fantastic hot tub, it’s an ideal place to soak up the tranquil atmosphere or to enjoy fresh air dining and a spot of sunbathing. The lodge’s master bedroom has a fantastic en-suite with a bath and separate shower cubicle. Huge floor to ceiling windows look straight out on to the private veranda inviting the sunshine in on warm, summer mornings.

Cutterbrough is the first lodge on the left as you enter the orchard, Swanpool is the middle lodge of the three on the left hand side of the site, and Broadpath is at the top of the orchard, last on the left.

EV Charger Point

There are two EV charging points for guest use on site. We kindly ask that once your vehicle is charged, you park in your lodge car parking space to ensure the EV spaces are free for other guests on the site.

Parking for two cars

Good Housekeeping Bond

We ask our guests for a £50 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
