Finally, a whole host of different Peak District towns and villages are within an hour’s drive, including the spa town of Buxton, the fascinating plague village of Eyam and the beautiful honeypot village of Castleton. Shop, pub and restaurant 4 miles.

“We had the most wonderful holiday at Shepherds Nook. The surroundings are stunning, such a peaceful and beautiful location. The cottage was immaculately clean and very well equipped (best shower ever!) Communication before our holiday was excellent with speedy and helpful responses. Stacey and her family are very friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this highly enough. We cant wait to go back.”
