“Superb accommodation with a lot of thought given to our home from home comfort. A generous welcome pack makes up for lack of a local shop. If you like a quiet retreat with stunning mountain and Loch views you'll love it here. Lots of walking, cycling and water sports on tap, great!”

“We have had a fantastic week here with every type of weather, great walks and beautyful views, visited historical places, and other. Very peaceful here, you wake up in the morning and do not hear noises from outside, just nature. We had an opportunity, while great weather, to swim in the beautiful lake surrounded by mountains. Lodge is very comfortable and clean, lovely welcome pack. We brought back with us fantastic memories and can not wait to be back.”

“Lovely welcome pack on arrival and a message from the hosts to advise the lodge was ready for our arrival. Some info on local events and dog walks were a help.Everything was provided, kitchenware, crockery, cooking utensils, etc. There were only 2 of us and the dogs so we had plenty of room and storage. We took a large dog crate and had no problems finding an area to situate it.A good base for exploring the area, although quite a distance from a supermarket we learned to make sure we got anything we needed whilst we we're out and about. Tesco Express and a Coop in Callander around 13 miles away. Local village shop in Fallin closes at 5pm.On arrival, we initially struggled with the lodge patio not being secure for the dogs which was an oversight on my part when booking. If we had known the garden wasn't secure, we wouldn't have booked. Having said that, it didn't spoil our overall experience. The addition of a gate and making the ranch fencing slightly narrower would resolve this and make the property more desirable for future guests looking for this facility.Dogs loved the lochs, although access to Loch Earn's shores and beach to let the dogs have some off lead exercise and a swim meant a drive to the far end of the loch at Fallin before we set off for the day on our travels. We couldn't fault the property itself which gave us a comfortable stay for a full week whilst we explored it's lochs, forests and other attractions on our first visit to Scotland in years.”

“We loved our holiday in this lodge, we didn't want to leave. Clean and comfy lodge which was home from home, even had games and books left for us to use. We received a lovely welcome pack which was much appreciated and communication with owner was lovely to receive. Lodge is in the perfect place. Secluded for peace and quiet but also a drive away to many places. Loads of walks near by too. As a family of 3 we loved our days out to the safari park, glass center, fairy trails, swimming pools etc and then afternoons back at the lodge for a relaxing afternoon overlooking a beautiful Loch. Just perfect.”
