A lovely cottage sleeping two guests, perfect for a couples getaway to the stunning Cotswolds area and ideally close to the market town of Malmesbury.. 2 steps to entrance.

Courtyard with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 1 medium-sized dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (horses and chickens on-site). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: No children or babies. . This detached, single-storey cottage is situated in the peaceful hamlet of Corston, next door to the owner’s property, just a short distance from the thriving Cotswold town of Malmesbury, England’s oldest borough with a rich history. Take in the Grade I listed Market Cross, visit the 12th century abbey and enjoy the Abbey House Gardens. The bustling streets offer an array of independent retailers along with a weekly farmer and artisan market. Also within easy reach is Chavenage House, an Elizabethan manor house, and nearby is the National Arboretum, in Westonbirt. The Cotswold Water Park offers a wide range of nature activities and water sports. The famous Wildfowl and Wetlands site at Slimbridge, and Berkeley Castle, are also within easy reach. With many events throughout the year, the property is an ideal base for the horse trials at Badminton, Highgrove House and Gatcombe Park.

The holiday cottage is light and spacious with vaulted ceilings, enhancing the contemporary style furniture with a twist of Cotswold style. The living area boasts comfortable sofas where you can relax and watch a film, and the dining area is perfect for a lazy breakfast. The kitchen is well-equipped with facilities to cook a delicious home made meal. Just off the living area, you will find a cosy bedroom with a kingsize bed and an en-suite shower room. Heading outside, you will find an enclosed, private courtyard with a seating area. There is off road parking for one car. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

There are 2 steps to the entrance. One medium dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. No babies or children under 10 years old.
