Take in the Grade I listed Market Cross, visit the 12th century abbey and enjoy the Abbey House Gardens. The bustling streets offer an array of independent retailers along with a weekly farmer and artisan market. Also within easy reach is Chavenage House, an Elizabethan manor house, and nearby is the National Arboretum, in Westonbirt. The Cotswold Water Park offers a wide range of nature activities and water sports. The famous Wildfowl and Wetlands site at Slimbridge, and Berkeley Castle, are also within easy reach. With many events throughout the year, the property is an ideal base for the horse trials at Badminton, Highgrove House and Gatcombe Park.
