Reviews

“A lovely cottage in a beautiful location. Hosts were great even helping to jump start our car late one evening! Facilities within the cottage were amazing, everything you could need, packaged in a beautifully decorated luxury accommodation. Hot tub made the experience even better. A perfect place for a quiet relaxing break away from the real world. We go to a place like this most years in January, usually we would find a new place each year but this one was so good we will definitely be returning next year, and probably the year after too.”

“What a lovely escape. The hosts were lovely, the cottage well stocked, even a bbq in the garden. The hot tub was fabulous, not overlooked and with amazing views and clear skys. The local community pub, an easy walk, was extremely friendly and welcomed our pup.Would definitely recommend, thank you.Rated amenities as 8, but that is only because of the location, and we wanted to be away from it all!”

“Me, my partner and our dog absolutely loved our week stay at Cornel Clyd (Cosy Corner)It was everything we wanted in a holiday home, peaceful, private and surrounded by fields and wildlife yet only a quick 15 minute drive into the beautiful towns of New Quay and Lampeter, and a 2030 minute drive into the other beautiful towns, Aberaeron and Aberystwyth. The cottage had everything we needed and more, the owners truly thought of everything possible and came to check everything was okay for us a few times which was lovely. We enjoyed going out in the sunny weather to the dog friendly beaches and dog friendly dolphin spotting boats, and the various breathtakingview walks all over the area. Then coming back to the cottage for a dip in the hot tub, eat our BBQ tea on the balcony and enjoy the sunset, then light the log burner and winddown. So many memories made here and we definitely will be returning, we had the perfect anniversary and cant thank the owners enough. Thank you for the most perfect stay in your holiday cottage and for letting us explore the amazing Cardigan Bay area and all of its villages, the most beautiful place. Can honestly say weve found our new favourite place & part of Wales.Everything was 1010.”

“This is a great little cottage with everything you could need. The only downside was we had to go out in the car everyday to do something. Local eateries limited to, but fabulous cottage and host”

“My boyfriend and I came for 4 nights after his uncle recommended the cottage. We had the best time at the cottage! The place was amazingly beautiful and the house was kitted with everything we needed! Dian the owner was lovely and made sure we were fully informed with all information we may need. Would 100% recommend this place and would definitely go again!”

“Beautifully equipped cottage with all you need for a relaxed holiday. Everything was very clean and tidy and in good state. The only thing we missed were glasses to drink from as there were only plastic ones at the cottage but that was probably due to having to use these in the hot tub. The hot tub was very clean and checked daily and was great to use in the evening. The area was beautiful and quiet, there was wildlife to watch and enjoy. The owner was very pleasant and informed us that there would always be someone available if we had a problem, (which we didn't ). It was definitely a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend to family and friends.”

“We adore this cosy place. Perfect for some quiet together time . We love the views , the private garden with hot tub , the contemporary simplicity inside. There are many beautiful places to visit nearby and if you enjoy walking the coast it is a 10 minutes drive away. We have visited twice and will be back .”
