The Hayloft apartment forms the far end of a lovely Cornish farmhouse swathed in wisteria, which in the Summer is simply stunning set against the whitewash exterior walls. The Hayloft suits all age groups, especially those outdoorsy types who will love its rural location. From the property you can walk directly onto the many footpaths that crisscross this area of moorland, once the old tramlines serving the mines in the area.

Inside The Hayloft, the modern kitchen/dining room is light and airy with attractive views over the garden and countryside. Three steps lead you into the cosy sitting room with a Smart television and DVD player. The very spacious bedroom suite with a comfy double bed and luxury mattress is certain to provide a refreshing night's sleep and features an additional television with a comfortable sofa.

Outside is a stone paved patio complete with bistro seating for two alongside a bench, making it the perfect spot for your morning coffee. On the lawned garden you will find a further seating area, set in a tranquil position to catch the evening sun. The Hayloft is dog friendly and features a fully enclosed small dog pound on one side of the garden.

One well behaved dog welcome (small additional charge), the property owners may accept further dogs at their discretion.

The property is unsuitable for children due to pond in the garden.
