“Me and my husband and dog had a fabulous week at the Kirk at Kildonan . Beautiful views and the apartment was so lovely and comfortable. Slept soooo well at night. Driving out at night its very dark to Lamlash but we just drove slowly as theres a few sharp bends . Christina and Steve were the perfect hosts lots of little extra touches”

“A beautiful location with amazing views across to Alisa Craig and Pladda Island. Wonderful rocky local beach with seals in abundance. There were some beautiful walks both from the location and within a short drive. The Glenashdale Falls are a must to walk to beautiful to see. The apartment was fully equipped with wonderful log burner to light after a day out walking. Very helpful hosts with lovely dog to greet us with a bark. All in all a lovely week.”

“We took our two greyhounds and loved our holiday. As we already live in the Highlands it was great to visit a property that is a B&B too. As so much of Arran and the highlands housing is already holiday homes visiting this place means you are not contributing to the problem of locals being priced out of the housing market.”

“We had a wonderful, relaxing week at the apartment. It is beautifully decorateddressed with lovely snuggly blankets for if the evening is a little chilly. It has everything you need to self cater. It is also very dog friendly. The views are just spectacular. We spent hours sitting on the balcony just admiring the views. The owners live on site and are very friendly and helpful. There are few amenities in the immediate vicinity but that suited us. Theres a hotel with a good restaurant close by but Whiting Bay, Lamlash and Brodick are not too far away where there are plenty of restaurants and cafes. We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday and would highly recommend the Kirk at Kildonan if you want to get away from it all”
