Step straight out onto St Ives’ buzzing streets and find yourself less than 200 metres away from the golden sands and calm waters of Porthminster Beach. This is a great spot for sunbathing, swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding. Other beaches nearby include Bamaluz, Porthgwidden, and Porthmeor (all within 1 mile). Embrace St Ives’ arts scene with trips to Tate St Ives and The Barbara Hepworth Museum & Sculpture Garden (both within 0.5 miles). For days of walking, join the South West Coast Path within 0.5 miles and follow the trail towards Carbis Bay (1.5 miles) in one direction and Porthkervis Cove (2 miles) in the other.

Kick off your sandy shoes in the entrance space and walk through to the social heart of the apartment, the open-plan living space. With sleek chevron flooring and a calming colour scheme, this is a peaceful place to unwind between your days of Cornish adventure. At the rear, a well-appointed kitchen features everything needed for cooking up holiday meals, which you can enjoy at the round dining table nearby. Afterwards, unwind in the lounge space as you sink into the soft seating, flick on the Smart TV, or simply plan tomorrow’s itinerary. When it’s time to call it a night, retire to the restful double bedroom and kickstart the next day with a soak in the refreshing shower room.

While the apartment offers no dedicated outdoor space, its central spot means you’re never far from sandy beaches and the dramatic South West Coast Path. Parking is in one of the town’s many pay-and-display car parks, with three options available within just half a mile.
