Both places are wonderful for walking, with amazing views, and full of history. The area is ideal for walking, fishing and other countryside activities. Within walking distance is a local pub, and just 3 miles along the main road towards Launceston is a large purpose built farm shop, café and restaurant with plenty of parking. Locally sourced produce, meats and groceries are on sale, good coffee and a varied menu is on offer. There is a well stocked village shop and post office within 1 mile at Stoke Climsland and other pubs and restaurants in the local area. There is a step from the parking area to the front door. The rear balcony has steps and a drop down into the garden. 2 well behaved and house trained dogs only, to be kept on a lead at all times. The garden is not enclosed and there are sheep in the adjoining field.
