This renovated, detached single story property boasts a lovely bright open plan living area and an enclosed lawned garden. It is situated in a quiet residential cul de sac close to the delightful and historic village of Harlech with its majestic medieval castle, championship golf course, interesting shops, pubs and restaurant’s. A fantastic range of outdoor activities, including climbing, walking, white water rafting and the area’s most exciting visitor attraction, Zip World Titan, the first four-person zip wire in Europe, along with Zip World Caverns and Bounce Below (trampolines in the slate caverns) are all within easy reach. Mountain biking is also very popular with the mountain bike trails of Antur Stiniog at Blaenau Ffestiniog and Coed y Brennin Forest near Dolgellau, along with miles of quite country lanes to explore. The Italianate village of Portmeirion and Porthmadog home of both the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland narrow gauge railways for journeys deep into the Snowdonia mountains are both close by. Beach 1 mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

“Lovely bungalow all you need for home from home holiday, Owner friendly and helpful met us on arrival to explain equipment and useful information, essentials provided for arrival to make a cup of tea with lovely Welsh cakes very much appreciated. Garden safe and secure for our dog. Only small negative is the lounge furniture and bed are very low and not so well suited for older people with arthritis.”

“Realy nice place to stay, the accommodation is very clean and tidy. The property has convenient location, close to the sea and in driving distance to Mountain Snowdon. However there are no many restorans or cafes around that aria, so if you planing to stay there for a few days to explore delightfull and varied landscapes, be ready to take some food with you.”

“An excellent bungelow. Perfectly clean. Warm and welcoming. Modern fixtures and fittings. Everything in good and working order. Good location. I very much liked the fact i could book from any day to any day and not be forced to conform to a Saturday to Saturday booking. I would highly recommend Lle Clyd and would stay again. “We had a really pleasant stay at Lle Clyd. Lovely welcome from the the owner who met us on arrival and explained how everything worked. First time we have stayed in a cul de sac on holiday and there were no issues, very quiet on the whole. 15 minute brisk walk to the nearby beach car park, with a few more minutes from car park to beach – sadly too far for our elderly dog to walk. Nice little village with grocery shops, chip shop, Chinese, dog friendly pub and cafe, although a steep uphill walk from the cottage. Good location for Snowdon, Portmerion, steam trains at Porthmadog, fishing near Criccieth and many wonderful coastal views and walks. Highly recommend.”

“We have had a lovely week at this cottage and would highly recommend it. It was very clean and modern. Even though it was on a housing estate it was very peaceful and the views were beautiful. It is perfect for exploring the local area. A big plus for us was that it was an enclosed garden for the dog so we felt safe letting him in the garden. Hopefully we will return very soon.”

“Highly recommend this cosy/ comfortable cottage, had everything we needed … and if you have a dog it is absolutely ideal, wooden floors and a genuinely secure garden with high fences. The vast dog friendly Harlech beach is only a ten minute walk away. The owners came round on the evening we arrived and gave us a friendly welcome and were on hand if we needed anything, local shop for essentials and a dog friendly pub / restaurant nearby.”

“You will be able to choose any one of the following three options if we or the accommodation provider cancel your booking, or if you cancel your booking because UK government public health measures mean that it is unlawful to travel to or make use of the accommodation you booked:
Full refund – we will refund you the full amount you have paid for your booking.
Transfer to a later date or different accommodation – subject to availability, we will help you move your booking to a later date or even a new location or accommodation with no admin fees, but please be aware that if the cost of your new accommodation is higher than your original booking, then you’ll need to pay the difference.
Choose an e-voucher to rebook your holiday online – you can request an e-voucher for the amount you have previously paid for your booking. You can then use it to book a new holiday online or towards another existing booking, without having to call us. Vouchers issued in 2020 are valid until 31st December 2020 and can be used on holidays departing before 31st December 2021.
Plus, to give our customers the added flexibility they need at this time, for any bookings with arrival dates on or before 31 December 2020, the following applies:
Pay for your 2020 break just 3 weeks before you go – to give you more time to pay for your holiday during these uncertain times, we’ve moved the balance due date for bookings with arrival dates up to 31st December 2020 to just 21 days before your holiday is due to start. If you choose to cancel your holiday before your balance due date, then we will waive your liability for the remainder of the balance and no further amount will be collected from you. If you choose to cancel on or after your balance due date, then you will need to pay the cancellation charges (according to the number of days before the start of your holiday) as set out in the cancellation charges table which you can find in your booking conditions, as well as any applicable booking fees, admin charges or insurance premiums that you owe. *If you have booked a property that is stated to sleep 10 people or more and your booking begins between 1 September and 31 December 2020, your balance due date will remain at 12 weeks prior to the holiday start date as set out in the booking conditions.”
