“I found Ty Hen very comfortable, clean and ideal as a center for our exploring of the coast and beaches of the Llyn Peninsula. Having a tiled entrance and the shower room, made it easy to get cleaned up out of the wind and rain before going into the rest of the cottage after a day of Hiking. Brenda had made a fire for when we arrived and made us feel very welcome.”

“We had a lovely week at Ty Hen. Would love to go back next year. It's lovely for the kids being on a working farm. Aberdaron is only a short drive away for a lovely day on the beach. Dog friendly area on the beach all year round.”

“The cottage was comfortable and cosy. We had plenty of fuel for the logburner for 3 nights . The welcome pack was lovely and the cottage clean and comfortable. You do need to be sure that you don't have an issue with stairs and going to the bathroom in the night , but the bathroom itself is wonderful. I've been to hotels which have worse bathrooms and it is easy if you have poor eyesight or mobility issues. If you come in muddy sandy or wet its an advantage having a massive bathroom downstairs. Whilst it is on a working farm we sat out and enjoyed the sunset over the hill. A seaside view is ideal but you'd expect to pay a lot more for that. The TV is rather old and we couldn't get the DVD's to play without a stutter. First time in many years I've seen a scart plug!”
