The towns railway station is just a five-minute walk away making the property an attractive option for those who prefer to leave the car at home or who would like to make the most of the towns excellent connections to the cities of Leeds and York. In Harrogate itself an excellent range of shops will keep keen browsers happy whilst the array of eateries caters to a wide range of tastes including the famous Bettys Tearooms. The towns Turkish Baths are situated just a five-minute walk around the corner from the property and offer a menu of treatments alongside daily spa sessions. Several external steps lead up from the private garage to the front door of this mews-style apartment. Once inside a hallway leads onto the open living space which comprises an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has two contemporary style sofas which allow guests to enjoy the TV/DVD with Sky channels in comfort. A breakfast bar with seating for 4 separates the lounge area from the kitchen which is well-equipped with an oven hob microwave fridge freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. The apartment has two bedrooms the first of which is an attractive master bedroom suite with a king-size fourposter bed and a fully tiled en-suite shower room with a shower and WC. The second bedroom is a twin room next to which the main bathroom offers a bath separate shower and WC. Outside at the top of the external steps there is an enclosed patio area for which garden furniture is provided. Guests are welcome to enjoy BBQs but they will need to bring their own. There is private garage parking for one car with further roadside parking available locally. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 twin. Bathroom with bath, shower, and WC.
