This stunning town house is located in the heart of Harrogate within walking distance of all that this historic spa town has to offer. Why not start the day with breakfast at one of the many cafes before enjoying a relaxing spa day at the wonderfully opulent Turkish Baths. In the evenings there is an excellent range of things to do including a large number of restaurants two cinemas and a theatre. Or perhaps you would prefer to head into Leeds which is just 16 miles from Harrogate and is easily reached by car or direct train. For those who enjoy spending time outside there is a choice of parks in the town including the 200-acre Stray whilst RHS Harlow Carr is located just outside the town. A flight of external stairs leads to the front door of this grand townhouse and once inside guests will see just how much time and attention has been spent on this beautiful property. On the ground floor the lounge is a fantastic light-filled space which has a large corner sofa from which guests can enjoy the TV/DVD. The kitchen/diner which is semi-open-plan to the lounge has been finished to a high standard and is equipped with an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a dining table seating four. Taking the stairs to the basement guests will find the private gym which offers a treadmill exercise bike TV/DVD and an iPod dock: a fabulous addition to the property. The first of the propertys two bedrooms is located on the second floor and is a stylish super-king-size room which can be made up as a twin on request. A TV/DVD is mounted on the wall allowing guests to enjoy a late-night film in bed whilst a sliding door reveals the sumptuous en-suite bathroom which would rival that of any upmarket hotel with its double-ended freestanding bath separate shower and WC. The second bedroom a twin benefits from an en-suite shower room with shower and WC as well as its own TV/DVD. From the kitchen a patio door leads out to the propertys patio garden which with its garden furniture is an ideal place to enjoy al fresco dining. There is off-road parking for one car to the front of the property with permit available on request for an additional vehicle. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 twin and 1 super king size (can be made up as a twin on request at the time of booking). En suite bathroom with bath, shower, and WC to the master bedroom. En suite shower room with shower and WC to the twin room. TV/DVD in the lounge, gym, and both bedrooms and iPod dock in the gym. Gym with exercise bike and treadmill (guests use at own risk). Wi Fi included. Oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Bed linen, towels, electric, and gas central heating included. 2 dogs welcome.
