
















Acorns is located in 3 designated areas - Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Area of Great Scientific Value and Area of Great Historic Value. So something for everyone! The oak tree shown in the photos is the "famous" Darley Oak which is over 1000 years old. This is a great location to visit if you are a keen walker. There are endless opportunities to explore the local area. A great dog friendly cottage too! The barn itself is set out in reverse style with a kitchen / living room on the first floor and access into the enclosed garden. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with external access, a large bathroom with bath and separate shower.

First Floor: Open plan kitchen / dining room / living room.
Exterior: Enclosed garden with exterior furniture and BBQ facilities.
Facilities & Services
Heating is via central heating supplemented with an electric “woodburner” in the lounge. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven & hob, kettle, toaster, fridge with ice compartment and microwave. The living room area has a wall-mounted digital TV & DVD player. The washing machine is in a cupboard off the bathroom and there is a clothes drier, iron and ironing board. A cot & highchair are available for babies and an additional folding bed is available for children (not suitable for adults). There is a CD and radio player and WiFi is available (subject to service availability).

Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included.There are parking facilities for up to 1 vehicle. Up to 2 well behaved dogs will be permitted at no additional cost! Regrettably no smoking is allowed.
