“Lovely friendly and helpful introduction to the cottage . If I was to pick one fault it would be the bed and bedding. Pillows were feather I believe and went really flat so not to our liking (I brought a little plushie cushion so ended up using that . The mattress was far too hard for us and we had 4 poor nights sleep . Bathroom Towels could do with being bath sheets rather than just small bath towels. Luckily we Brought our own bathrobes for the hot tub . Hooks in the hot tub area would have Been useful to hang our robestowels on . Milk Sachets left for us were out of date so perhaps greater attention to detail. However despite these small issues we still had a lovely time and would recommend .”

“A lovely location and cottage. Very well equipped and perfect for two. Its toasty and snug a great place to stay for a weekend or longer. Its located a few miles out from Skegness and lots of attractions near by. I would recommend the ARK and Lincolnshire Wildlife parks for a visit. We will be going back there.”

“Local village within walking distance with most requirements available. Perhaps a greater range of cleaning and condiments would be beneficial. A very restful and relaxing break.”

“The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub is slightly overlooked but still very relaxing. Trevor and Cheryl could not have been more helpful but at the same time not intrusive. They have the mix just right. My husband left his jacket behind but it was soon sorted as Trevor posted it to us which we are very grateful for. We went to The Angel for Sunday Lunch and would highly recommend it. There is a coop in the village with anything you might need.”

“We had a fabulous time in this cosy little cottage. The location by the river is so pretty and peaceful. A nice stroll in to the village which has a useful Coop. The Chinese was really good, so good we had it twice! The icing on the cake was the hot tub an excellent spot to relax after a long journey or day out. Highly recommended. Places to visit Gunby Hall and Louth.”

“The cottage was fabulous and the location was lovely and quiet. Hot tub was great sharing a beer with the swallows in there. There is plenty of fishing locally although the banks outside the cottage are very steep making fishing there difficultIn the village there is a small Coop that is reasonably stocked and the pubs are OK. Ate first evening at the Woolpack which was pub foodAte at Tarantino in Skegness one night. Very good and you dont need a starterLots of great walks and beaches 515 miles away. Recommend Gibraltar Point, Sandilands at Sutton and the fantastic Loewen cinema at Mablethorpe. All amazing value and well maintainedWe had warm weather throughout our 7 day breakFinally, people at the Grange are hospitable and very helpful. Will recommend and trust we return there in the future”
