This first floor apartment has a wonderful ambience and magnificent views over Summers Beach and across the Percuil River to Place Manor. The property has been recently renovated in full and is immaculately presented throughout. The lounge is spacious with great views, comfortable sofas and a dining table. The terrace to the front is a fantastic spot to enjoy a morning cup of tea and soak in the sea air. There are many brilliant dog walks which can be taken locally without the need for a car which include the beautiful stretch of coastline between St Mawes Castle and St Just in Roseland church.

St Mawes is one of Cornwall's most desirable holiday destinations and the stunning harbour surrounded by lovely local shops, restaurants, bars and hotels is a constant bustle of vibrancy during the season. There is a never ending variety of boating to keep the view changing, kayaks paddling out of the harbour, regular ferry passenger services to Falmouth and other destinations up the Fal estuary, the constant bustle of sailing boats both large and small and shipping movements further out to sea will keep all amused. During the winter it is a quiet, peaceful village that rarely sees frosts or snow.

Accommodation

Ground floor: Porch with front door leading to; entrance hall with storage cupboard and stairs leading to;

First Floor: Stairs open onto landing with doors to; open plan, double aspect lounge diner, thermostatically controlled electric radiators, dining table and chairs, comfortable sofas and sea views. Kitchen with fully fitted units. Family bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and wash hand basin. Bedroom with zip and link beds which are normally made up as a 5' double bed but can be made up as two 2'6″ beds on request, storage.

Exterior: Small south facing terrace and garden to the front of the property. There is a table and chairs, a parasol and a charcoal BBQ. There is on road parking to the front of the property (very safe as it is in a cul de sac) or off road parking to the rear which does involve a short walk round to the front door.

Facilities & Services

Heating is via electric thermostatically controlled radiators throughout and an electric convection heater in the bathroom. There is a flat-screen TV with Freeview and DVD player in the lounge. The fully fitted kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, large fridge / freezer with cold water dispenser, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is a combined washing machine tumble dryer. There is an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. There is unlimited WiFi.

Miscellaneous

Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and beach towels are all included in your rental. Parking on road to the front of the property or one space to the rear. A maximum of one large or two med / small dogs are welcome at the small additional charge of £30 per dog per week. Dogs must not be left unattended in the property. Babes in arms are welcome at Summers Beach View. There is a cot and high chair.

General Booking Information

Arrival/departure is on a Saturday.

Short breaks are available during quieter periods.

£200 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.

Please note that there is a short steep hill between the village and the property. There are steps as an alternative.
