“Perfect place to get away from it all”
— Amanda, 18 November 2021
“Great hosts, good location, especially if have a dog as literally opens onto private field. Quiet and peaceful yet not far by car to travel. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Would recommend and we will return again too.”

“Holders Cottage was the perfect, quiet place for our holiday base. It was comfy, cosy and clean. we really appreciated the welcome basket of goodies. Karen and Hannah were brilliant hosts. We chose it because it was in the countryside so did not expected amenities on the doorstep.”

“A fabulous little cottage which is ideal for a getaway to sit back and relax. Our hosts were marvellous with a wonderful welcome pack of scones, eggs, fresh bread and bubbly and advice on dog walks. The local walks were fantastic for our dog Bella as was the attached field to the cottage which was so convenient. We had fantastic weather so the outside enclosed terrace area was well used by Bella to lay in the sun! It was also nice to enjoy a glass of wine! Bella also had her very own welcome pack of biscuits! Netflix and Sky were an added bonus and the bed was super comfy. The cottage is well equipped and nothing has been skimped on.”

The welcome basket was a lovely treat with warm fresh baked bread and scones. The location is beautiful, amazing views and nearby dog walks on the doorstep. “We had such a relaxing and wonderful week. Hannah and Karen made us feel at home straight away. The welcome hamper was delightful and the bread was freshly baked and warm when we arrived. Ozzie (our dog) even had his own pot of treats and his own towel, not that we needed it as the weather was spectacular. We shall definitely be staying again.”
