Located between the villages of Lamlash and Whiting Bay, it is within easy reach of nearby pubs, restaurants and supermarkets. Keen golfers can choose between the greens at both villages, while water lovers should visit the Arran Yacht Club and Arran Coastal Rowing Club. Closer to home, a footpath leads from the front door down to two sheltered bays with rock pools to discover, perfect for families. Inside, this traditional Arran farmhouse is full of homely charm. After long days, prepare family meals in the modern kitchen, which has been fitted with shaker style units and looks out onto the garden through a sash window. Here you will find a new oil fired Rayburn, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Once prepared, enjoy meals in the dining room complete with open fire, before settling down for a relaxing evening in front of the TV in the lounge. There is a small sunroom for unwinding with a book in the afternoons. Also on this floor is a double bedroom and bathroom with overhead shower.
